About the role:
As a Financial Planner, you’ll be at the forefront of providing exceptional phone-based and face-to-face financial advice. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, you’ll deliver top-notch, member-focused retirement advice while identifying opportunities to enhance and expand their member services. You’ll have the chance to attend seminars and grow your career and knowledge.
Your mission? Drive membership growth and foster lasting relationships with their valued members.
Duties:
- Offer outstanding personal and general advice to ensure exceptional service for our members.
- Spot and act on opportunities to boost member growth and retention.
- Stay ahead of the curve with deep knowledge of the superannuation industry, including legislative, product, and provider updates.
- Maintain up-to-date compliance and technical knowledge to offer top-tier advice in the client’s best interest.
- Deliver a professional, member-centric experience in every interaction.
Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Financial Planner.
- Relevant Financial Planning qualifications and successful completion of the Financial Adviser exam.
- Experience with Xplan and familiarity with Industry Fund Services are desirable but not essential.
- High motivation and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organisational skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
