Known for their expertise and reliability, they specialise in repairing and reselling whitegoods—including fridges, washing machines, dishwashers, and ovens. They are also authorised service agents for several leading household appliance brands.
About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled Appliance Technician to join their mobile service team. This is a field-based role where you’ll carry out in-home repairs across Brisbane, providing high-quality service to customers while representing a trusted brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a variety of whitegoods, including fridges, ovens, dishwashers, and dryers
- Deliver professional, friendly service in customers’ homes
- Collaborate with the workshop team to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Accurately record job details and parts usage
What You’ll Need
- Experience repairing domestic appliances
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A current Restricted Electrical Licence or close to obtaining one
- A valid Driver’s Licence
- Your own tools and PPE
