About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving new business while delivering outstanding service to existing clients. With a strong culture of support and values, you’ll be provided with on-the-job training to set you up for success. This role is particularly well-suited to individuals with experience in cabinet making, furniture painting, paint distribution, or related industries—though motivated candidates from other backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while uncovering new sales potential
- Conduct cold calls to actively seek out new customers
- Proactively schedule and conduct calls/visits with current and prospective clients
- Build and manage client relationships effectively
- Update CRM system daily
- Report regularly to management on client activity and progress
- Support the wider team with general tasks as required
