About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated Air Freight Specialist & Driver to manage end-to-end air freight operations while also completing local collections and deliveries. This is a hands-on role with variety—covering freight preparation, documentation, and customer service, as well as driving and delivery. Full training is provided, including Dangerous Goods handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic, import, and export air freight shipments
- Complete safe and timely collections and deliveries across Brisbane
- Handle DG documentation, repacking, and shipment preparation
- Load/unload freight, perform basic vehicle checks, and maintain records
- Liaise with airlines, brokers, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service at pick-up and delivery points
Skills & Experience
- Current, clean driver’s licence (essential)
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy; logistics/freight experience a bonus (training provided)
- Knowledge of airfreight processes or DG accreditation is preferred
- Professional, reliable, and eager to learn in a specialised industry
