We’re seeking a motivated Lawyer or Associate Lawyer to join the firm’s growing Property & Commercial Law team. You’ll work closely with experienced senior practitioners on complex, high-value matters, while enjoying the autonomy, flexibility, and close-knit culture that only a boutique firm can offer.

About the Role
You’ll work across a diverse mix of residential and commercial property transactions, developments, and leasing matters, with direct client contact and the opportunity to see matters through from start to finish. The role combines technical challenge with real commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential and commercial property transactions across Queensland.
- Advise on property developments, including off-the-plan projects and subdivisions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate leases, licences, and related agreements.
- Support corporate and commercial transactions involving property assets.
- Conduct due diligence, review contracts, and provide pragmatic, client-focused advice.
- Build trusted relationships with clients who value personal, high-quality service.
About You
- 2–5 years’ PAE in Property Law.
- Experience in commercial or development property matters will be highly regarded.
- Strong technical, drafting, and communication skills.
- Personable, professional, and confident in managing client relationships.
- Enjoy working both independently and collaboratively within a small, supportive team.
