Known for their expertise and reliability, they specialise in repairing and reselling whitegoods—including fridges, washing machines, dishwashers and ovens—and are authorised service agents for several leading household appliance brands.
About the Role:
As a Showroom Consultant, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for customers exploring a wide range of appliances. You’ll bring creativity, confidence and care to every interaction in their professionally presented showroom.
Hours:
• Monday: 9am – 5pm
• Wednesday: 9am – 5pm
• Saturday: 9am – 2pm
• Sunday: 9am – 2pm
Duties:
- Greeting, assisting and inspiring customers as they explore products
- Collaborating with customers on tailored solutions
- Sharing product knowledge and staying up to date with industry trends
- Preparing accurate quotes and processing customer orders
- Building strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business
- Ensuring the showroom remains clean, organised and inviting
Skills & Experience:
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping people
- Retail sales experience — ideally working with white goods
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability to work set days
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented and confident using computer systems
