Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an enthusiastic Showroom Consultant to join their expanding team. You’ll be stepping into a collaborative environment where your ideas are valued, your contribution is recognised and your career development is supported.
About the Role:
As a Showroom Sales Consultant, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable face for customers exploring bathroom, kitchen and laundry solutions. You’ll bring creativity, confidence and care to every customer interaction in their beautifully presented showroom.
- Full-time: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm + every second Saturday, 8:00am–12:00pm
- Part-time: Applications are welcome—simply include your availability in your cover letter
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting, assisting and inspiring customers as they explore showroom products
- Collaborating with customers to design tailored bathroom, kitchen and laundry solutions
- Sharing product knowledge and staying up to date with industry trends
- Preparing accurate quotes and processing customer orders
- Building strong, lasting relationships with customers
- Ensuring the showroom remains clean, organised and welcoming
About You:
- Positive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for helping people
- Retail sales experience, ideally working with builders, plumbers, or trade-related industries
- Knowledge of plumbing fixtures or a strong willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with a diverse range of customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented and confident using computer systems
