About the job:
You’ll work with customers who may be experiencing challenging financial circumstances, helping them find fair, realistic and practical solutions.
This isn’t about simply making a collection call. It’s about listening, understanding each customer’s situation and having genuine conversations that help move things forward.
You’ll join a supportive, inclusive and down-to-earth team where you can make a difference to customers and build valuable experience in financial services.
Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm
No weekends — hello, work-life balance!
What you’ll be doing:
- Have meaningful conversations with customers with empathy, professionalism and respect
- Negotiate fair and realistic repayment solutions
- Support customers experiencing financial hardship
- Manage customer accounts in line with compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Identify ways to improve processes and customer outcomes
About You:
You might come from collections, customer service, banking, lending, hardship or another customer-facing environment.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A confident communicator who can handle sensitive conversations
- Empathetic and enjoys helping people
- A natural problem-solver
- Resilient, organised and proactive
- Comfortable working in a regulated environment
