    In this administrative sales support role, you will play a key part in supporting the sales function by managing sales-related enquiries, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and customers. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has strong attention to detail.

    Location: Scoresby, VIC
    Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm | Immediate Start
    Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure a seamless sales process
    • Respond to inbound and outbound enquiries related to orders, inventory, and delivery timelines
    • Monitor and manage the sales inbox professionally and efficiently
    • Generate and maintain sales, inventory, and promotional reports
    • Liaise with internal departments and external customers regarding product availability and ETA updates
    • Coordinate and update customer backorders and ensure accurate system records
    • Process customer returns and credit requests accurately
    • Support the rollout of sales campaigns and promotional programs
    • Ensure all updates and communications are clear, timely, and well-documented

    Skills and Experience:

    • Strong administrative and organisational skills
    • Previous experience in a sales support or administration role
    • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-motivated, adaptable, and solution-focused
    • Intermediate computer skills; SAP experience highly regarded
    • Ability to prioritise workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment
