About the role:
Based in Melbourne’s West, Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the commercial team. This position is mainly desk-based, but you’ll engage in high-level client interactions, work on large-scale commercial projects, and occasionally visit sites.
Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Minimal Overtime
This role is perfect for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
What You’ll Do:
• Client & Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with key clients & suppliers
• Quoting & Tendering: Prepare detailed quotes & documentation to secure major projects
• Project Management: Oversee stock ordering & ensure seamless project execution
• Site Visits: Engage with stakeholders & maintain a strong industry presence
What You’ll Need:
• Plumbing industry experience
• Strong negotiation skills & a results-driven mindset
• Commercial experience (ideal but not required)
• Excellent attention to detail & proficiency in Excel
• Proactive & positive attitude—a willingness to learn is key!
