About the Role:
Based in Melbourne’s South-East, you will play an integral role within the commercial team. You’ll work closely with high-value clients, contribute to major commercial projects and conduct site visits to maintain strong industry visibility.
Hours: Full-Time Monday–Friday (Minimal overtime)
This position is ideal for a professional, detail-oriented and confident individual who can build strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client & Account Management: Build, strengthen and maintain relationships with key clients and suppliers
- Quoting & Tendering: Prepare comprehensive quotes and tender documentation for major project bids
- Project Management: Coordinate stock ordering and support seamless project delivery
- Site Visits: Engage with stakeholders and represent the business across key industry sites
Skills and Experience:
• Experience within the HVAC or Plumbing industry
• Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven approach
• Commercial experience (highly regarded but not essential)
• Exceptional attention to detail and proficient computer skills
• A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and positive team mindset
