About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s network by acquiring new referrals and connecting clients with experienced brokers who will handle the deal. You’ll receive full support from Tier 1 brokers with Premium Broker status, exclusive products and access to a large funding pool for private lending. With in-house mentorship, exclusive products and strong back-office support, you’ll be equipped to succeed and progress, potentially towards Branch Ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new referral partners to expand the company’s reach
- Manage clients and filter leads for loan writers to close deals
- Oversee leads provided by the company for the first three months
- Explore new markets and identify growth opportunities
- Serve as a key liaison between brokers and referrals to ensure smooth deal flow
Skills & Experience:
- 2-3 years of banking or mortgage-related experience preferred
- Previous experience in sales roles with a strong track record
- Comfortable with cold calling and bringing in new business
- Bilingual candidates, particularly those who speak Chinese, are highly desirable
