    The Role:

    As a Buyers Agent, you will understand clients’ investment strategies, build strong relationships, and source residential properties that meet their criteria. You will ensure all due diligence is completed and customer service standards are exceeded. Collaborating with team members, you’ll guarantee a seamless purchasing process and an exceptional client experience.

    Based in Melbourne with partial work-from-home flexibility, this role is supported by a Sales Administrator and reports directly to the Head of Investment and Advisory. You’ll also have the opportunity to grow the Melbourne and Regional VIC rent rolls.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Understand clients’ portfolio strategies and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
    • Source high-quality residential properties, conduct inspections, negotiate terms, oversee due diligence, and provide expert property advice.
    • Collaborate with Property Managers to ensure properties meet all standards and prepare clients for settlement.
    • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and contribute to team meetings.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Proven experience in Real Estate (Sales, Investment, Buyer’s Agent, Property Management).
    • Ability to grow a rent roll.
    • Passion for property and wealth creation.
    • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
    • Open to becoming PIPA Accredited.
    • Agents Rep Certificate / Cert IV Property (Real Estate Services).
