About the Role:
As a Credit Analyst, reporting into the Executive General Manager, you will play a key role in assessing and analysing commercial finance applications, ensuring sound lending decisions while delivering an exceptional experience to brokers and clients.
You will work closely with brokers throughout the loan process, providing guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring all applications meet compliance and responsible lending requirements.

What You’ll Do:
- Analyse credit data, financial statements, and loan applications to assess risk and credit worthiness
- Assess commercial finance applications and provide sound lending recommendations
- Prepare loan applications, proposals, and manage loan securities
- Ensure all loan documentation, invoices, and supporting information are accurate and compliant
- Coordinate settlements and communicate funding timeframes with clients and brokers
- Maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients through exceptional service and ongoing support
- Assist brokers with loan submissions, documentation requirements, and application processes
- Ensure adherence to responsible lending obligations, AML requirements, and compliance regulations
- Investigate and resolve customer or broker queries in a professional and timely manner
- Support brokers on loan products, compliance requirements, and application procedures
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in credit analysis, commercial lending, or asset finance
- Strong understanding of commercial lending practices and relevant legislation
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong relationship management and customer service capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in settlements, compliance, and low-doc lending applications will be highly regarded
