Join a trusted, family-owned trade business in an exciting position where you’ll be the face of the showroom – working with customers to bring their bathroom, kitchen and laundry projects to life.
This is more than customer service, it’s about understanding needs, building trust and converting conversations into sales while delivering an exceptional end-to-end experience. The hours for this position are Mon–Fri 8:30am–5pm + every second Saturday 8am–12pm
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in retail or sales, with a track record of influencing purchasing decisions
- Confidence engaging with customers and closing sales opportunities
- A natural ability to build rapport quickly and deliver a premium customer experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a “make it happen” attitude
- Experience in trade, building, or plumbing (highly regarded but not essential)
- Comfortable using systems and managing multiple customer interaction
