About the role:

What You’ll Do:
- Respond promptly to inbound phone and website inquiries, providing accurate and timely quotations
- Engage in phone-based sales, converting inquiries and leads into confirmed sales while maintaining a strong focus on customer service excellence
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
- Maximize the potential of the current client base and actively identify new market opportunities
- Collaborate with the operations team as required
- Track, manage, and process invoicing through the freight system
- Complete additional tasks as directed by management
What You’ll Need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven ability to interpret and apply information effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and professional client interactions
- Proactive, detail-oriented approach, focused on accuracy and efficiency
- Demonstrated experience in sales, customer service, and relationship building
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with a strong knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Proven track record in sales within the Australian commercial logistics sector (highly desirable)
- Professional attitude with a commitment to excellence in executing tasks, responsibilities, and special projects
