You’ll manage a broad range of complex family law matters, including property and parenting disputes, financial agreements, spousal maintenance, and domestic violence proceedings. About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review court documents, affidavits, settlement proposals, and correspondence.
- Appear at court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
- Develop and implement effective case strategies to achieve client objectives.
- Liaise with barristers, experts, and other professionals.
- Maintain a proactive, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach to client matters.
- Contribute to business development and foster strong referral relationships.
- Manage time effectively across a diverse caseload while maintaining a high standard of client service.
About You
- 1–5 years post-admission experience in Family Law.
- Sound technical knowledge of the Family Law Act and court procedures.
- Strong communication, advocacy, and drafting skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex family law matters independently.
- Client-focused approach with empathy and professionalism.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Collaborative mindset and commitment to achieving positive outcomes.
