About the role:
Based in Hoppers Crossing, Williamstown or Derrimut, you’ll be the friendly face delivering to customers and assisting at the trade counter to trade professionals and retail customers with expert advice and personalised service.
Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
- Every second Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored product recommendations and solutions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked counter
- Build rapport with customers and contribute to a positive team environment
- Stay up to date with new products to offer the best advice
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous sales or customer service experience (plumbing industry a bonus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- MR Licence
- Forklift licence (not essential)
- Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive attitude
- A friendly, helpful nature and commitment to exceptional service
