    About the role:

    As an Office Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping the office running efficiently and serving as the first point of contact for clients and customers. This varied part-time role combines administration, reception and bookkeeping duties — perfect for someone seeking a long-term, secure position with plenty of variety.

    Hours: 4 days a week 9am – 4pm 
      
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and customers
    • Manage front-of-office reception and assist walk-in customers
    • Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
    • Prepare invoices, enter data and run reports
    • Support the team with general administrative duties as required
    • Stock ordering
    • Manage email correspondence with customers and suppliers
    • Prepare quotes and proposals as needed
    • Ensure the front office area is tidy, organised, and inviting

    Skills & Experience: 

    • Excellent organisational and time management skills
    • Strong customer service focus and professional communication
    • Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions accurately
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and MYOB accounting software
    • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and take initiative
    • High attention to detail and a willingness to learn
