    About the role:

    As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations and helping drive the company’s strategic initiatives. You will work directly with the Executive Director, manage and mentor department heads across Marketing, Content, Partnerships, Events and Sales and ensure seamless collaboration across departments to achieve the company’s goals. This is a unique opportunity to lead a vibrant, fast-paced team and work in a thriving automotive environment.

    What You’ll Do: 

    Business Oversight: Manage and optimise daily operations to align with strategic goals and ensure efficiency
    Strategic Initiatives: Develop and execute strategies for key campaigns and initiatives, including giveaways
    Collaboration: Design and implement strategies for efficient meetings, check-ins and ongoing support across all departments
    People Management: Lead, hire and mentor a diverse team, creating a high-performance, collaborative and positive workplace culture
    Sales Team Oversight: Manage the B2C sales team, ensuring subscription recovery and customer engagement targets are met
    Relationship Management: Support the Partnership & Events team in building and maintaining relationships with B2B partners and driving business growth
    B2B Sales: Use your B2B sales expertise to support the Partnership team in closing deals that boost value and revenue
    Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Director on key business metrics and strategic insights. Develop new reporting strategies as needed
    Vehicle Procurement: Oversee vehicle sourcing for giveaways and coordinate sales for cash prize selections

    What You’ll Need:

    • Proven experience in operations management, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • 3-5 years of leadership experience with a strong ability to inspire and manage diverse teams
    • Excellent people management, communication and organisational skills
    • A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
    • Proven success in building and maintaining B2B relationships and closing strategic deals
    • Experience in managing B2C sales teams and driving measurable results
    • Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and financial reporting
    • A proactive approach to continuous learning and self-education in the latest industry technologies
    • Passion for the automotive industry
