About the Company
Our client is a specialist dairy nutrition and farm performance business focused on helping dairy farmers improve productivity and profitability through innovative nutrition, silage and forage solutions. As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to help expand their presence across Southwest Victoria.
About the Role
Based in South-West Victoria, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with dairy farmers throughout the region. You’ll represent a portfolio of dairy mineral supplements, calf nutrition products, silage inoculants, forage seed solutions and other dairy performance products.
This is a hands-on field sales role suited to someone who enjoys working directly with farmers and growing a territory through strong relationships, practical advice and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a portfolio of dairy farming clients across the region
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Promote dairy nutrition, calf products, silage inoculants and forage solutions
- Conduct regular on-farm visits and provide practical product recommendations
- Attend industry events, field days and discussion groups
- Maintain CRM records and sales activity
About You
- A strong track record in sales, ideally within the agricultural, dairy, animal nutrition, rural merchandise or related sectors
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- A proactive, self-motivated and results-driven approach
- The ability to work autonomously and effectively manage a sales territory
- A passion for helping farmers improve productivity and profitability
