The Role:
As the Sales Support & Administration Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while supporting internal teams with sales processing and admin tasks.
Location: Rocklea, QLD
Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
- Process sales orders, quotes, and payments
- Manage the sales inbox and liaise with internal teams
- Update databases and support general admin
- Assist in issue resolution and escalate where needed
- Participate in regular training and contribute to a positive team culture
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong customer service and admin skills
- Confident communicator with a problem-solving mindset
- Basic Excel skills and general tech-savviness
- Willingness to learn the industry
- Full driver’s licence
