    The Role:

    As the Sales Support & Administration Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while supporting internal teams with sales processing and admin tasks.

    Location: Rocklea, QLD
    Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
    Start Date: Immediate

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
    • Process sales orders, quotes, and payments
    • Manage the sales inbox and liaise with internal teams
    • Update databases and support general admin
    • Assist in issue resolution and escalate where needed
    • Participate in regular training and contribute to a positive team culture

    What You’ll Bring:

    • Strong customer service and admin skills
    • Confident communicator with a problem-solving mindset
    • Basic Excel skills and general tech-savviness
    • Willingness to learn the industry
    • Full driver’s licence
