About the role:
In this pivotal customer service role, you will provide high-level, personalised assistance, helping customers resolve issues with their products or services. You will have the opportunity to build rapport and deliver award-winning support, ensuring each customer’s experience is second to none.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide an exceptional experience by engaging with customers to identify their needs
- Offer basic technical support and troubleshooting
- Handle general service-related enquiries
- Aim for first-call resolution of customer concerns via phone and email
- Accurately update customer information in the CRM system
- Ensure all assigned tasks are acknowledged within 24 hours
What You’ll Need:
- Self-motivated, confident and a clear communicator
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience with SAP (desired, but not essential)
