About the role:
As a Sales Support Officer, you’ll be the vital link between customers, sales, and service teams. You’ll deliver exceptional support, build strong customer relationships, and help drive outstanding customer experiences from start to finish.
This is a varied role combining customer service, sales support, administration, and data analysis, perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and making an impact.
This position is initially a 12-month contract with strong potential for extension, working full-time, Monday to Friday (9:00am–5:00pm). Enjoy true work-life balance with no weekend work and no overtime expectations.
What You’ll Do:
- Delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Assisting customers with product and service enquiries
- Providing basic troubleshooting and technical support
- Supporting the sales team with enquiries, follow-ups, and coordination
- Maintaining accurate customer records within the CRM system
- Analysing and reporting on customer and sales data
- Working towards first-contact resolution wherever possible
- Managing and responding to tasks within agreed timeframes
What You’ll Need:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or a similar role
- A confident, professional communication style
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
- Intermediate Excel skills and solid computer literacy
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- SAP experience (highly regarded but not essential)
