    About the role:

    In this pivotal customer service role, you will provide high-level, personalised assistance, helping customers resolve issues with their products or services. You will have the opportunity to build rapport and deliver award-winning support, ensuring each customer’s experience is second to none.
      
    What You’ll Do:

    • Provide an exceptional experience by engaging with customers to identify their needs
    • Offer basic technical support and troubleshooting
    • Handle general service-related enquiries
    • Aim for first-call resolution of customer concerns via phone and email
    • Accurately update customer information in the CRM system
    • Ensure all assigned tasks are acknowledged within 24 hours

    What You’ll Need: 

    • Self-motivated, confident and a clear communicator
    • Previous experience in a customer service role
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Intermediate computer skills
    • Excellent organisational skills
    • Experience with SAP (desired, but not essential)
