    About the role

    As a Senior Workforce Systems Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience by supporting People and Culture teams with scalable, efficient, and compliant workforce systems. You will be responsible for the administration, enhancement, and integration of the UKG Pro Workforce Management system, ensuring accurate and seamless end-to-end payroll and workforce processes.
    You’ll be responsible for:

    • Leading system administration of UKG Pro Workforce Management, including timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and pay rules configuration.
    • Implementing system updates and new functionalities with minimal disruption.
    • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing expert support to P&C Operations and Payroll teams.
    • Ensuring systems meet legislative requirements, audits, and company policies.
    • Collaborating with P&C and technology teams to enhance processes and maintain data integrity.
    • Generating reports and analysing workforce data to inform business decisions.
    • Designing processes to maintain payroll accuracy and compliance.
    • Advising on legislative obligations, enterprise agreements, awards, and employment policies.

    About you

    • Experienced in administering and implementing UKG Pro Workforce Management or equivalent systems.
    • Strong knowledge of UKG/Kronos pay rules configuration and management.
    • Familiarity with payroll systems and integrations with UKG/Kronos.
    • Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving across complex systems.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
    • Knowledgeable in interpreting complex enterprise agreements and awards.
    • Experienced in process and procedural documentation.
    • Business or relevant tertiary qualifications desirable.
