This is more than just processing loans. You’ll be the engine that ensures settlements run smoothly from approval to funding. You’ll work closely with Sales, Credit teams and customers to resolve issues, meet timeframes and deliver exceptional service every step of the way.
You’ll be empowered to take ownership, support the team and contribute to improving processes while maintaining compliance and quality.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate loan settlements from approval to funding, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Guide and support Settlement team members
- Resolve escalated customer queries, complaints and documentation issues
- Maintain audit-ready files and respond to quality checks promptly
- Ensure KYC/AML, responsible lending and security documentation are complete
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements or training
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in settlements, loan operations, or high-volume processing
- Strong understanding of commercial entities and KYC processes
- Knowledge of responsible lending obligations
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, outcome-focused and a team player
