About the Role:
As a Showroom Sales Associate, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable face guiding customers through their bathroom, kitchen and laundry projects. You’ll bring creativity, confidence and care to every interaction in the showroom. Hours: Full-time (Mon–Fri, 8:30 am–5:00 pm) + every second Saturday (8:00 am–12:00 pm). Part-time: Also welcome! Just include your availability in your cover letter.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting and inspiring customers as they explore our showroom
- Collaborating on custom solutions for bathrooms, kitchens and laundries
- Sharing your product knowledge and keeping up with industry trends
- Creating quotes and processing orders with accuracy
- Building strong customer relationships that lead to repeat business
- Keeping the showroom looking clean, inviting and organised
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:
- Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for helping people
- Retail sales experience, ideally with builders or plumbers
- Knowledge of plumbing fixtures OR eagerness to learn
- Strong communication skills to connect with all types of customers
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented and confident with computer systems
