    About the Role:

    As a Showroom Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Working from a modern, beautifully presented showroom, you’ll guide customers through their bathroom, kitchen and laundry projects, providing tailored advice and inspiration every step of the way.
    This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm) with every second Saturday (8:00 am – 12:00 pm).

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Warmly welcoming customers and helping them bring their renovation ideas to life
    • Offering expert advice and product recommendations tailored to their needs
    • Preparing quotes and processing orders with care and accuracy
    • Staying up-to-date with the latest product trends and industry innovations
    • Building lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business
    • Ensuring the showroom is clean, organised, and visually inspiring

    Skills and Experience:

    • A friendly, enthusiastic team player with a passion for helping people
    • Previous retail sales experience, bonus points for experience with builders or plumbers
    • Product knowledge in plumbing or a willingness to learn
    • An eye for design or a background in Interior Design is highly desirable
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse customers
    • A natural problem-solver who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
    • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and confident using computer systems
