About the role:
In this role, you’ll learn about our products and ensure Spare Parts are dispatched on time. Starting at two days per week, you’ll transition to a full-time schedule (Monday to Friday) over six months. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with the business and provide exceptional service.
Duties:
- Prepare spare parts for delivery daily
- Coordination of delivery
- Perform ordering and receiving of goods in the showroom/warehouse
- Perform regular stock takes in a warehouse with a high degree of accuracy and replenishment
- Use an in-house database program for day-to-day duties, including ordering parts, scanning and making notes
- Run inventory reports and other reports as required
- Work with service, admin and sales teams to assist in day-to-day duties
- Following return procedures for equipment and organisation of current stock levels
- Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse
Skills and Experience:
- Self-motivated, confident and a clear communicator
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Problem solver, flexible, able to adapt to new ways of working
- Intermediate computer skills
- Great organisational skills
- Punctual and reliable attendance record
- Self-starter with the ability to work proactively
