    Remuneration Package:

    • Up to $110,000 (incl Annual Leave Loading & Super)
    • Additional benefits include a company car option, phone, laptop, and performance bonuses (earn an additional $10-20K annually).

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver speech pathology services across homes, schools, community centers, and other diverse settings.
    • Create and implement therapy plans to help participants reach their goals and maximise NDIS funding.
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals and foster strong relationships with participants and their support networks.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology.
    • SPA registration.
    • Valid driver’s license, NDIS Workers Screening Check, and Working with Children Check.
    • Experience with NDIS/disability is preferred, but not essential.
