About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated Trade Counter Sales professional to be the friendly face and trusted advisor for valued customers. You’ll assist both trade professionals and retail clients, offering expert guidance, product recommendations and ensuring everyone who visits the trade counter leaves with an outstanding experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and assist customers, providing expert product advice and solutions
- Process sales efficiently and accurately
- Keep the trade counter clean, organised and well-stocked
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to team success
- Stay up to date on product knowledge to deliver exceptional service
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (plumbing industry experience is a bonus!)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
- Friendly, approachable and committed to outstanding customer service
- Self-motivated with initiative and a can-do approach
Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
- Opportunity for every second Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
